I am sorry that you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from us. Of course, you can make use of your right of cancellation in this case. We will of course also be happy to help you with guarantee or warranty claims.

You can create the DHL return label required for free returns yourself (applies to Germany, Switzerland and Austria). Please enter the project number and your sender address in our DHL return label form and click on the "Request return label" button. Please note, if the goods are used, worn, washed or damaged, cashmere-fashion is not obliged to take back or exchange the goods.

The average processing time for a return is approx. 4 working days. If everything is correct with the return, we will refund you the amount. The refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made.
