Collection, processing and use of personal data
The legal basis for the collection, storage and processing of personal data can be found in particular in the Basic Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). Personal data is information that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person (Art. 4 No. 1 DSGVO). This includes in particular names, address data, telephone numbers or e-mail addresses. However, information on preferences, memberships or, for example, previously visited websites can also constitute personal data.
If you contact us (e.g. by e-mail or via our contact form), the data you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing your enquiry and for the possible handling of follow-up questions. The legal basis for the processing is the need to carry out pre-contractual measures in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 b) DSGVO. We delete the data arising in this connection after storage is no longer necessary or restrict processing if there are legal obligations to retain data.
You have the following rights in relation to the personal data concerning you:
· Right to information,
· Right of correction or deletion,
· Right to restrict processing,
· Right to object to the processing,
· Right to data transferability.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data by us.
Revocation of consents and objection to the processing of your data
We would like to point out that you can revoke any consent you may have given to the processing of your data at any time. However, your revocation has no influence on data processing that has already taken place, but is only effective for the future.
Insofar as we base the processing of your personal data on a weighing of interests in the sense of Art. 6 Para. 1 f) DSGVO, you can object to the processing. A weighing of interests is carried out in particular if the processing is not necessary for the fulfilment of a contract with you. The legal basis of the respective processing operations can be found in this data protection declaration. In the event of such an objection, we request that you explain the reasons for this. In the event of a justified objection, we will examine the facts of the case and will either stop or adapt the data processing or show you our compelling reasons worthy of protection on the basis of which we will continue the processing.
Furthermore, you can object to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of advertising and data analysis at any time. You can inform us about your objection to advertising by using the contact details given above.
